Here's how to change page layout (also known as page orientation) from portrait view to landscape view:
STEP 1: Click File
STEP 2: Click Page Setup
STEP 3: Under the bold Orientation header, select the Landscape circle
STEP 4: Click the blue OK button
STEP 5: Click the undo arrow (or COMMAND + Z) to undo (optional)
Here's how to change the page margins.
STEP 1: Click File
STEP 2: Click Page Setup
STEP 3: Under the bold Margins header, change the margins in the TOP, BOTTOM, LEFT, RIGHT boxes. The default margin number should be 1.
STEP 4: Click the blue OK button
STEP 5: Click the undo arrow (or COMMAND + Z) to undo (optional)
Notes:
- The undo arrow is located in the header to the right of the printer icon.
- If you have a Mac, you also can undo an action by clicking 2 keys on your keyboard: command and z
